Hi, I’m Laura.
I live in Petaluma with my husband and our one-year-old son. I have always held connection as one of my core values. Whether it’s gathering family and friends around my dinner table, celebrating love, or welcoming new life into my circle, I believe life’s most meaningful moments are meant to be shared.
Before launching LP Events, I spent years working as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department before transitioning into Performance Improvement within Trauma Services. Those experiences taught me the importance of compassion, flexibility, and cherishing time with the people we love. It reinforced what truly matters: connection, community, and showing up for one another during life’s most significant moments.
My passion for bringing people together is what inspired me to start LP Events. My goal is to create celebrations that feel personal, thoughtful, and true to the people at their center. I want every client to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the planning process. Whether you’re planning a wedding, milestone birthday, retirement party, or celebration of life, I am passionate about bringing your vision to life in a way that reflects your story and the people you love.
